What happens if I go over my minutes?

Your calls keep being answered. Extra minutes are billed at your plan's rate — $0.25, $0.23 or $0.20 per minute — and we send alerts at 80% and 100% of your allowance so there are no surprises.

What counts as a minute?

Only time the AI agent is connected to a caller. Rings that go unanswered and calls that fail to connect don't count. Time after a call is transferred to your team is not AI time.

Are phone and SMS costs included?

No. Phone numbers, text messages and carrier registration fees are billed separately at what they cost us, with no markup. For most small businesses these are a small part of the monthly bill.

Can I keep my existing phone number?

Yes. Most businesses forward unanswered or after-hours calls from their existing number to the AI receptionist. You can also port your number or use a new one.

No long-term contract. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel before your next billing date.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down a plan as your call volume changes. Upgrades that need new integrations may involve a small additional setup fee, which we'll agree with you first.

Billing and usage terms

Plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Cancel any time before your next billing date.
The setup fee is charged before implementation and covers configuration, your business knowledge, testing and integrations within the agreed scope.
Included minutes reset each billing cycle and don't roll over. Only connected AI-agent call time counts toward them.
Minutes beyond your allowance are billed at your plan's published rate. We alert you at 80% and 100% of your allowance.
Phone numbers, SMS messages, carrier charges and A2P 10DLC registration fees are billed separately at cost.
You're responsible for having proper consent for outbound calls and texts and for following US calling, do-not-call and call-recording laws. We help you set this up.
